All County Testing (ACT) is a full-service national third-party provider/administrator providing Accurate, Confidential, and Trustworthy drug and alcohol, employment/background and wellness screening and corporate wellness programs. The company is nationally recognized and affiliated with the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) and Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) and has developed a comprehensive program incorporating the many aspects of federally mandated and non-mandated testing.
All County Testing services are on-site, pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing. In addition to our workplace and wellness testing capabilities, we serve many judicial, athletic, and medical clients.
All All County Testing employees are certified and trained in accordance with 49CFR Part 40 (Part 40), Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs. The federal requirements of Part 40 ensure best practices and establish standards for training both urine collection and breathe alcohol technicians within the industry.
Our comprehensive services are built around a passion for reducing drug abuse as well as empowering individuals and companies to manage their health and wellness through affordable lab screening.
Chain of Custody for Legal Testing
In order for legal testing to be admissible in a court of law, ACT follows strict chain of custody regulations for collections.
All of our employees are trained in proper protocols and procedures required to keep testing legally admissible, and we work with laboratories that follow these processes every step of the way, from specimen collections to sample transport, followed by testing of the sample in the laboratory testing and finally to results transmission
